The first regional Natura 2000 annual meeting took place on 30th November 2016. Management bodies and stakeholders gathered for the first Natura 2000 to discuss on actions that need to be taken for the protection of biodiversity and how the LIFE project can help in promoting the actions. The regional Minister for the enviroment and sustainable development of Lombardy, Claudia Terzi, Ilenia Babetto from the Commission – DG Environment and the External monitors Alberto Cozzi and Ivan Norscia, took part in the meeting.
